THE CHALLENGE

RMs managed multiple customer processes across fragmented systems with inconsistent interfaces. Critical data was scattered, workflows were complex, and customer details lacked a unified view—slowing down decision-making and limiting productivity.

THE GOAL

To create a streamlined, role-centric portal for RMs that simplifies workflows, consolidates customer information, and delivers actionable insights—enabling faster decisions, efficient task management, and improved client engagement.

OUR APPROACH

We studied RM workflows, mapped end-to-end journeys, and benchmarked against modern banking platforms. From these insights, we designed a landing page, dashboards, and customer management screens that prioritize clarity, efficiency, and role-specific actions.

A proposal that reimagines the RM experience with a clean, consistent, and intuitive interface. The designs highlight productivity-focused dashboards, simplified navigation, and customer-centric tools—setting the foundation for a scalable and modern RM platform.
